Job Requirements
- must be 18 or older
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- willing to undergo background check if required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle payments and operate point of sale systems
- positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- take orders using handheld technology
- serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner
- deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests
- provide excellent customer service as part of the front of house team
- participate in team efforts to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff members
