Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
  • Minimum two years customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
  • Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience preferred
  • Proper lifting techniques
  • Guest relations
  • Sanitation and safety
  • Safe alcohol service
  • Full service restaurant experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with staff and guests

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and menu information
  • Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
  • Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately
  • Ensure all the food and drinks are served immediately and according to our standards
  • Ensure that all the necessary supplies are being replenished during the shift
  • Respond to guest concerns/complaints, inform management immediately to correct any errors
  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws
