Job Requirements
- must love serving people
- must be friendly, hospitable and professional
- be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of guests
- basic math skills for handling payments
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- strong interpersonal skills
- capability to work on feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- serve guests with a friendly and hospitable attitude
