Job Requirements

must love serving people
must be friendly, hospitable and professional
be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of guests
basic math skills for handling payments
prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
strong interpersonal skills
capability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

serve guests with a friendly and hospitable attitude
communicate effectively with guests in their predominant languages
follow dining room service procedures
handle money and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
maintain professionalism during long hours of standing
safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
work weekends and holidays as required
