Job Requirements

  • must love serving people
  • must be friendly, hospitable and professional
  • be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
  • possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
  • be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of guests
  • basic math skills for handling payments
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • capability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

  • serve guests with a friendly and hospitable attitude
  • communicate effectively with guests in their predominant languages
  • follow dining room service procedures
  • handle money and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • maintain professionalism during long hours of standing
  • safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
