Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
able to use handheld ordering devices
reliable and punctual
willing to engage with guests in a friendly manner

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role advantageous
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and team player
basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Take orders using handheld technology
serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner
provide excellent customer service to guests
ensure the dining experience is fun and satisfying
handle guest requests and concerns professionally
work collaboratively with front-of-house team members
maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
