Job Requirements
- stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- lift and carry 30+lbs
- have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- bend, reach, stoop, move quickly, and wipe frequently
- work in close proximity to coworkers in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage terminology
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years of age or older with a current taps card and municipality of anchorage food worker card
- previous serving or bartending experience is required
Job Duties
- adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies
- extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus
- accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers' specifications
- able to use the pos systems with efficiency
- monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services
- conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail
- handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
