Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge and practice of food safety and sanitation
- proficiency in POS systems Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules
- dedication to providing hospitable and accurate service
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef-driven, and full-service restaurant
- a commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- knowledge of steps of service, food safety, and sanitation standards
- familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
- flexibility with schedule and open availability
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- take accurate food and beverage orders following the restaurant's steps of service
- provide detailed menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- operate POS systems including Toast and manage reservations via Open Table
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely and accurate orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift
