Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge and practice of food safety and sanitation
  • proficiency in POS systems Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules
  • dedication to providing hospitable and accurate service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef-driven, and full-service restaurant
  • a commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
  • knowledge of steps of service, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
  • flexibility with schedule and open availability

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a positive and friendly attitude
  • take accurate food and beverage orders following the restaurant's steps of service
  • provide detailed menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
  • operate POS systems including Toast and manage reservations via Open Table
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely and accurate orders
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift
