With a high-volume operation across multiple locations, Red Robin offers team members not only a fun and dynamic work environment but also excellent opportunities for growth and career advancement, as many of its managers began their journey as hourly team members.

The role of Server at Red Robin is integral to delivering an outstanding dining experience to all guests. Beyond competitive pay, Red Robin offers perks including a 50% discount on food for team members and a 25% discount for family members, as well as referral bonuses for bringing new talent onto the team. The company also provides an employee stock purchase program after one year of service with a minimum of 20 hours worked per week, demonstrating a commitment to long-term employee investment. Health benefits such as medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage are available to employees aged 18 and above. For those 21 and older with more than one year of service and 1,000 hours worked annually, Red Robin offers a 401k retirement plan with a company match of up to 4% of pay. Paid time off accrues at a rate of 0.0192 hours for each hour worked for employees who meet the service and hour criteria.

Red Robin continuously accepts applications, reflecting its ongoing growth and dedication to building strong teams.
