The Server role at Red Robin is a frontline position within the Front of House team responsible for creating a fun and satisfying dining experience for guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as servers interact directly with customers to take orders using handheld technology, serve food and beverages timely and accurately, and ensure guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit. The position offers a base pay rate of $18.45 per hour plus tips, providing a rewarding opportunity to earn additional income beyond the base salary. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 or older
