The Server role at Red Robin is a pivotal position within the Front of House service team. Servers are responsible for delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience through attentive and efficient service. Using handheld technology, Servers take orders accurately, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure that every Guest leaves with a smile. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, as Servers form the face of Red Robin’s hospitality. The role offers a base pay starting from $5.50 plus variable tips, with hourly pay guaranteed not to fall below the applicable minimum wage. - ability to stand and walk for extended periods
