Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in serving or customer service roles preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to follow detailed instructions and multitask
  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room and provide service in an efficient manner
  • demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients including allergens
  • communicate directly with back of the house staff to ensure order accuracy and address special requests
  • deliver food promptly and professionally following service steps and maintaining sanitation standards
  • promptly address and correct any guest complaints or issues and relay to supervisor
  • ensure all guest-facing and non-guest-facing spaces are properly set-up and cleaned before and after service
  • work alongside staff of other departments during special events or functions
