Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in serving or customer service roles preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capability to follow detailed instructions and multitask
- basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room and provide service in an efficient manner
- demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients including allergens
- communicate directly with back of the house staff to ensure order accuracy and address special requests
- deliver food promptly and professionally following service steps and maintaining sanitation standards
- promptly address and correct any guest complaints or issues and relay to supervisor
- ensure all guest-facing and non-guest-facing spaces are properly set-up and cleaned before and after service
- work alongside staff of other departments during special events or functions
