The Server/Guest Experience Ambassador position based in Fort Wayne, IN, is a pivotal role within the NEXDINE team focused on delivering an outstanding dining experience for residents, colleagues, and guests. This role is offered as both part-time and full-time employment, with a competitive hourly pay rate of $13.00 and weekly direct deposit pay frequency. The primary responsibilities of the Server/Guest Experience Ambassador include leading the service of food and beverages, accurately taking and fulfilling orders, and explaining menu items with clarity regarding ingredients and cooking methods.
