Job Duties
- Provides excellent customer service to guests
- Expos food from kitchen to dining room ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintains and sanitizes cafe area continually
- Maintains restrooms and completes hourly restroom checklists
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of dining room before, during, and after business hours
- Clears tables quickly and quietly, takes dishes and glassware to dish area
- Resets tables and stocks caddies
- Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded
- Follows directions for room setup, moving tables and chairs, breaking down rooms, and cleaning areas
- Sets up and tears down stages for weekend and musical entertainment
- Maintains and stocks the water station
- Pre-buses plates and glassware
- Maintains proper number system and flow within dining area
- Assists guests based on needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
