Job Duties
- Maintains cleans and sanitizes cafe area continually
- Maintains restrooms and signs off on a restroom checklist hourly
- Maintains cleanliness sanitation and organization of the dining room and surrounding area before during and after business hours
- Clears tables quickly and quietly and takes dishes and glassware to dish area
- Resets tables and stocks caddies
- Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded
- Follows directions of café supervisor for setting up rooms moving and setting up tables and chairs breaking down rooms and cleaning areas
