Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance
- Must be criminally cleared

- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Observe and report changes in residents’ dietary habits to supervisors and wellness staff
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
- Foster an engaging and supportive environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
