Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at minimum eighth grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
- Criminal background clearance required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Experience with or willingness to work in a senior care assisted living environment is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout a shift
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment for resident connection
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Bus tables, sweep floors, and maintain dining area cleanliness
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about residents' dietary habits and attendance
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
- Uphold the core values of Arrow Senior Living in daily interactions
