Job Requirements
- Have or be capable of obtaining TIPS certification or other required alcohol safety requirements
- Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Capable of standing for an entire shift or for an extended amount of time
- Capable of reaching overhead, utilizing both hands, leaning over, stooping and kneeling
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with LodgeWorks standards
- Dedicated with a strong work ethic and can work both individually and with a team
- Comfortable following directions, guidelines and work objectives

Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival to the restaurant
- Provide gracious and professional food and beverage service in an efficient manner
- Answer questions, suggestively sell and create an upbeat atmosphere for guests
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with LodgeWorks standards
- Clear and clean tables as guests leave
- Set tables throughout the shift when applicable
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Take food and beverage orders and place orders in point-of-sale system
- Ensure that the serving station is always clean and well-stocked
- Support other areas or roles when necessary
- Be knowledgeable of the menu, brands, prices and options, along with promotions and specials
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Present the check and be responsible for all transactions, including receiving payment and accurately counting back change
- Graciously respond to guest concerns or requests, and report the situation to the Manager
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Execute daily side work with enthusiasm and motivation
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Complete any other tasks as requested by management
