Job Requirements
- experience as a server bartender required preferably in a high volume bar
- experience with computerized cash registers preferred
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- must have open availability to work evening shifts 2PM-9PM or 4PM-11PM on Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
- required to work 3 shifts per week with opportunity to pick up more
- must be able to work in fast paced environment
- must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures such as kitchens and freezers
- must be flexible to work variable days including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for entire shift

- previous front facing guest service experience required

Job Duties
- greet welcome and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- take orders prepare drinks according to recipes and serve all food and beverage requests in the bar
- demonstrate complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- prepare the bar for service by ensuring supplies garnishes utensils are properly set up in accordance with quality standards
- inventory unused liquor and beverages
- ensure all liquor is properly secured before during and at close of shift
- adhere to cash handling and credit card policies and procedures
- ensure all drink orders from servers are accurately rung into the P.O.S. system
- clean and reset bartop and tables immediately after guests depart
- complete closing duties and reports as assigned
- secure all liquors beers wines coolers cabinets and storage areas
- adhere to established safety and sanitation guidelines
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- perform other duties or projects as requested by management
