Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in casual dining and bartending
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older for alcohol service
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, reaching and bending
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of polished casual dining restaurant server experience
- Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of polished bartending experience
- Availability to work through November and flexibility for various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide menu insights
- Make suggestions and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Serve courses and beverages efficiently
- Process food orders and payments accurately
- Operate kitchen equipment responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated service areas
- Interact professionally with team members
- Adhere to resort and state service laws
