Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years serving experience
  • Ability to work PM shifts starting as early as 3:30 PM and ending by 11:00 PM
  • Part-time availability for 1-3 shifts per week
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to verify identification and age of customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years serving experience
  • Experience in bartending, catering, or banquet service is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle cash and balance receipts
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and engaging personality

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
  • Making menu item recommendations
  • Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
  • Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
  • Providing attentive service to diners like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
  • Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
  • Verify identification and age requirements of customers
  • Mix traditional and creative cocktails
  • Process payment from customers
  • Clean glasses and bar utensils
  • Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
  • Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
  • Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
  • Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
