Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in guest relations and customer service within a bar or restaurant setting
- familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems
- ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety practices is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order
- handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system
- assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
- monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking
- uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
