Job Duties
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- maintains a neat and clear bar and floor
- conveys genuine interest in guest satisfaction
- explicitly follows uniform code as outlined in associate handbook
- follows purposeful hospitality standards enthusiastically
- has working knowledge of all food and beverages served
- reads service standards and associate bulletins daily
- rings each check properly and charges correct prices
- helps maintain cleanliness and appearance of restaurant
- participates in controlling costs and minimizing waste
- prepares drinks quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- maintains working knowledge of all bar products and recipes
- charges correct price for drinks and maintains control at the bar
- balances the drawer at shift end
- participates in bar maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and set-up
- tastes juices and checks garnishes for freshness
- protects liquor license by checking IDs and not serving intoxicated persons
- restocks liquor bottles and maintains accurate bottle par
- performs other duties as requested by management
