Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred
- familiarity with Aloha POS Micros POS or similar systems is essential
- strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
- excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and increase revenue
- knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with food safety and handling standards
- provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests taking orders and addressing inquiries
- process transactions accurately using POS systems including cash handling and cashiering duties
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items
- assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
- participate in ongoing training on brewing techniques cocktail preparation and customer service excellence
