Job Duties
- Working alongside a team to create memorable guest experiences
- Be a proud member of the FlyteCo family and let that shine through to quality guest experiences
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Using Arryved POS for entering orders/processing payments
- Keeping your tables on point, ensuring guests have everything they need and nothing they don't
- Helping guests navigate the menu, with close attention to allergens and highlighting our beer, food and craft beverage options
- Assisting at keeping the server station stocked
- Assist the bartenders with daily set up and opening of all of our bars and server stations
- Work with bar staff on the continued stocking of all products and glassware, and ice
- Help the bartenders with the proper operation of the dishwashers and cleaning of all glassware
- Assist staff in running beers, cocktails, n/a beverages, and food to all guests
- Work with the FlyteCo team in the changing of beer kegs and soda products
- Ensuring that quality product leaves the kitchen – every shift, every plate
- Delivering dishes with enthusiasm and highlighting quality ingredients
- Helping the team create memorable guest experiences by refilling and running drinks and quickly clearing the table when a guest has departed
- General upkeep and maintenance as needed - constant cleaning
- Helping with general cleaning and maintenance duties around the restaurant as needed
