Job Requirements
- Must be 19+ years old for servers
- must be 21+ years old for bartenders
- bartenders must have experience with beer liquor and wine
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures
- ability to handle money and operate a POS system
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to carry trays weighing 20-25 lbs
- maintain good hygiene and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive personalized service
- share menu specials updates and make recommendations
- answer questions about food beverages and restaurant offerings
- take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- maintain clean and organized service areas
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to any needs
- process payments accurately cash and card transactions
- assist teammates as needed including bussing and resetting tables
- complete opening and closing side work
- thank guests and encourage repeat visits
- be flexible and step in where needed to support operations
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain knowledge of beer wine and liquor offerings
- assist with stocking and lifting kegs up to 60 lbs
- help maintain bar cleanliness and organization
