This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options, catering to those seeking flexibility in their schedules.

As a Server or Bartender, you will play a critical role in delivering attentive, personalized service. Prioritizing open communication and attention to detail, your goal is to greet guests warmly, share menu insights, take accurate orders using a POS system, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Bartenders will have the additional responsibility of preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as supporting the bar area’s organization and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates will bring a positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and a basic understanding of restaurant service procedures. Experience is valued, with at least one year preferred for Servers and required for Bartenders, alongside the ability to handle monetary transactions and comfortably stand for extended periods. Rotolo's also offers leadership growth potential through a Front of House Manager track for those with experience in both serving and bartending. This role includes assisting with scheduling, managing inventory and liquor orders, mastering POS operations, and supporting daily general management tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 19+ years old for servers
  • must be 21+ years old for bartenders
  • bartenders must have experience with beer liquor and wine

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive personalized service
  • share menu specials updates and make recommendations
  • answer questions about food beverages and restaurant offerings
  • take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • maintain clean and organized service areas
  • monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to any needs
  • process payments accurately cash and card transactions
  • assist teammates as needed including bussing and resetting tables
  • complete opening and closing side work
  • thank guests and encourage repeat visits
  • be flexible and step in where needed to support operations
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • maintain knowledge of beer wine and liquor offerings
  • assist with stocking and lifting kegs up to 60 lbs
  • help maintain bar cleanliness and organization
