Job Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- Availability to work Sundays
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work flexible shifts and occasional extra hours
- Basic bartending knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year previous restaurant experience
- Passion for hospitality and team collaboration
- Willingness to learn bartending skills if not already experienced
- Ability to work 4-5 shifts per week including Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Interest in Jewish culture and community engagement
Job Duties
- Bartending and serving customers
- Food-running and supporting team members
- Engaging with guests to create a welcoming experience
- Assisting in private events and team shift coverage
- Maintaining a clean and organized front of house area
- Sharing responsibilities across all front of house tasks
- Encouraging hospitality-driven storytelling with guests
