Job Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Understanding of food handling practices and adherence to safety regulations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the shift
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Dressed in proper dress code, neat, clean, and professional at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Process payments accurately using the cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold high standards of beverage quality and presentation
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing friendly and efficient service
