We are currently seeking an experienced and personable Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that DragonRidge Country Club is known for. As part of our team, the Server/Bartender will play a key role in providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to members and guests throughout the dining rooms, bar, and at special events. Responsibilities include preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards, ensuring all member and guest needs are anticipated and exceeded, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas. Additionally, this position involves processing transactions with accuracy and discretion, assisting with private events, banquets, and club functions, and adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.
