We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional restaurant server to join our team. The server's role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and efficient service. This position involves multiple responsibilities, including taking orders, answering questions related to the menu and food items, promoting the restaurant's dishes and beverages, handling customer payments, and effectively communicating orders to the kitchen staff. The role also includes seating customers, managing table settings, and assisting with cleaning and customer service duties. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the menu, including all food, drink, and special items, enabling them to confidently describe and recommend options that enhance the dining experience.

This role demands a high level of multitasking ability and awareness, as the server must manage several tables simultaneously while maintaining smooth coordination with kitchen operations. The server will be responsible for ensuring that tables are clean, properly set with utensils and napkins, and that guests' needs are anticipated and met promptly. Additionally, cash handling responsibilities require accuracy and professionalism when closing out checks and returning change. Physical requirements include the ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and work effectively in varying temperature environments, from cool refrigerated areas to warmer cooking stations.

Our restaurant offers a fast-paced work setting that requires mobility and stamina for shifts ranging from 4 to 10 hours.
