Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid ATC Responsible Vendor Card (verified through LAATC system)
- Minimum 6 months of serving or bartending experience in event, banquet, or hospitality environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible event schedules
- Must pass required pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check for casino assignments

Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt, correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks in casino, banquet, and event settings
- Process cash and credit transactions per venue policies
- manage tips responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas
- assist with setup, restocking, and breakdown
- Follow local alcohol service laws and venue policies
- check IDs as required
- Work closely with bar, kitchen, and event staff to ensure seamless service
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally
