Job Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently
- reach, bend, stoop, and wipe
- use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a server in a fine dining experience
- a great attitude and work ethic
- must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages
- able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and all holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests, delivering a friendly and attentive dining experience
- take orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations, ensuring guest satisfaction
- serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following quality and presentation standards
- handle guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
