Job Requirements
- 16 years or older pending specific state requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience with one-on-one customer service interaction preferred
- Strong teamwork skills
- Successful background check and drug screen state specific
- Health screening and TB tests state specific
- ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card state specific with training provided
- Alcohol awareness certification state specific for those of age who will serve or pour
- Ability to work holiday and weekend shift schedules
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests and family members in a prompt, professional and courteous manner and escort for proper seating
- Take, prepare, and serve beverage orders
- Take orders and process transactions using the Point-of-Sale System
- Prepare and serve orders according to the established health and presentation standards
- Clear and clean dining room tables in a prompt and efficient manner
- Sanitize and clean the pantry, kitchen, and dining room areas as outlined according to health and safety standards
- Perform side-work and any opening and closing duties such as washing dishes and organizing station areas
- Alert management to any customer food, service or safety concerns
- Ensure guest satisfaction with excellent customer service skills
