Job Description

LCB Senior Living is a reputable provider of senior living communities committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. With a focus on delivering compassionate care and creating vibrant living environments, LCB Senior Living operates several managed care communities that prioritize resident satisfaction, wellness, and dignity. The Residence at Five Corners is one of the distinguished communities under the LCB umbrella, offering comfortable housing and personalized services for seniors. Known for their dedication to excellence, LCB Senior Living provides employees with a supportive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and professional growth. The organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer promoting inclusivity across all levels of employment.

LCB Senior Living is currently seeking a Part Time Server to join the team at The Residence at Five Corners. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work in a role that values service, interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with seniors. The role offers competitive pay, starting at $17 per hour and going up to $20 per hour depending on years of experience, with day shifts only—no late nights—making it suitable for those who prefer a balanced work-life schedule. Servers will play a vital part in creating a restaurant-style dining experience for residents, ensuring they enjoy their meals in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

As a server at The Residence at Five Corners, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, setting and clearing tables according to company standards, accurately taking and delivering meal and beverage orders, and assisting with the execution of special dining events. Working closely with the Culinary Services Director and the Executive Director, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of dining satisfaction among the resident community. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.

In addition to competitive compensation, LCB Senior Living offers an impressive benefits package for both full-time and part-time associates. Full-time employees enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance from day one, along with a 401k plan, paid time off, and holiday pay. Part-time associates, who work between 24 to 29 hours per week, also receive paid time off and holiday pay. Employees benefit from a collaborative work environment, opportunities for tuition reimbursement, and the meaningful experience of contributing to the well-being of senior residents. Those who enjoy helping others and thrive in a supportive, service-oriented environment will find this position especially rewarding.
