Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 16 years old
- food handler certification is required within 30 days of hire
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- passion for serving others in a formal dining setting
- ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- must be able to pass preemployment screening and drug testing

Job Duties
- Ensure timely breakfast prep and room delivery
- deliver efficient and formal table service to residents and guests during mealtimes and catered functions
- assist with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up to ensure a smooth dining experience
- respond to resident requests and resolve any concerns promptly
- ensure food is presented and served according to established standards
- work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service
