The Windsor of Savoy is currently seeking a Server to join their team at Windsor Court, the Assisted Living and Memory Care facility within the community. This role is integral in ensuring a superior dining experience for residents and guests alike. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional room service and formal table service, contributing to the overall dining satisfaction in a setting designed to accommodate the specialized needs of older adults. This position combines attentiveness to detail, excellent customer service skills, and teamwork to create memorable mealtime experiences.
As a Server at Windsor of Savoy, you will play a key role in the timely preparation and delivery of breakfast as well as delivering formal meals during regular dining hours and catered events. Your attention to presentation and efficiency will enhance resident satisfaction, and your ability to respond quickly to resident requests will reinforce the community’s reputation for outstanding care. This role also includes assisting with food preparation, setting up dining spaces, and maintaining clean service areas, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining environment.
The schedule for this position is from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with occasional opportunities to pick up additional shifts to ensure continued coverage. The pay range for this role is $15.42 to $24.99 per hour, depending on experience, and it is a non-tipping position, making it attractive to those seeking a consistent and fair wage.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 16 years old
- food handler certification is required within 30 days of hire
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- passion for serving others in a formal dining setting
- ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- must be able to pass preemployment screening and drug testing
