The Server role is vital to ensuring that residents experience exceptional dining services that contribute to their overall quality of life at the community. This position demands a friendly, timely, and professional approach to food service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the dining environment. The Server will engage with residents by taking meal and drink orders, ensuring resident satisfaction, sharing knowledge about menu items, and assisting with training new servers. This role requires adherence to food safety and loss prevention protocols, as well as performing opening and closing duties to maintain the dining area's readiness.
