Job Description

Our establishment is a respected leader in the senior living community, focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences that enhance the quality of life for our residents. As a company dedicated to heartfelt hospitality and nurturing a warm, welcoming environment, we pride ourselves on blending culinary excellence with compassionate service. Our mission is to create joyful moments around every meal, fostering connections and memories that enrich the lives of those we serve. We value our team members deeply and understand that their growth and happiness directly impact the quality of care we provide. This philosophy shapes our approach to employment and workplace culture, emphasizing flexibility, support, and opportunity.

We are actively seeking a full-time Server / Waitstaff member to join our culinary family. This position is pivotal in ensuring that residents receive attentive, courteous service alongside delicious, well-presented meals. The role involves close collaboration with our Culinary Director to guarantee that meal service flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the dining room. Candidates must be available to work weekday daytime hours as well as weekends to accommodate the dining needs of our residents fully. We believe in investing in our team not only through competitive pay but also by providing comprehensive benefits that support your well-being and career growth.

As a Server / Waitstaff, your responsibilities will extend beyond simply serving food; you will be an important ambassador of our community's hospitality. You will engage residents daily, sharing menus and ensuring their satisfaction with each meal. Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas is a critical part of your role, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining environment. Special requests and dietary needs must be communicated clearly and accurately to the culinary team to personalize each dining experience. After meal service, you will dedicate time to preparing the dining room for the next seating, taking pride in the appearance and functionality of the space.

Joining our team means becoming part of a community that prioritizes your personal growth, health, and financial security. We provide ongoing training opportunities to help you refine your skills and advance your hospitality career. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to balance your work with your lifestyle demands. Additional benefits include paid holidays, vacation and personal days, comprehensive health insurance for you and your family, and a 401(k) plan with company match to support your long-term financial goals.

If you are a friendly, approachable individual who thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to the well-being of senior residents through excellent dining services, we encourage you to apply. We welcome those with previous restaurant or customer service experience, though we are equally committed to training motivated newcomers. This position demands patience, positivity, and a keen attention to detail, all attributes that will help you succeed and grow within our team. Come join us and help redefine the culinary experience in senior living, where every meal is a chance to create lasting joy and connection.
