Job Description
We are a dedicated and compassionate culinary team operating within a vibrant Senior Living community, committed to providing heartfelt hospitality and exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Our establishment understands the importance of blending talent with genuine care to create a warm and welcoming environment where both our residents and team members thrive. As a hospitality-driven facility, we pride ourselves on delivering enjoyable meal service that enriches the lives of seniors through attention to detail, respect, and kindness. We recognize that our team is the backbone of our success, and we therefore invest in their growth and happiness by offering competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a supportive workplace culture.
As we are currently hiring Servers and Waitstaff for both full-time and part-time positions, we seek individuals passionate about making a positive impact through quality service. The role demands working weekends and requires a team player with a focus on customer satisfaction in a senior living setting. Your core responsibility will be to ensure that our residents not only receive delicious meals but also experience the joy of dining in a comfortable and caring atmosphere.
The Server / Waitstaff position is pivotal within our Culinary Department. Reporting to the Culinary Director, you will facilitate the seamless delivery of meals from kitchen to table, ensuring presentation and service meet the high standards we uphold. Responsibilities include interacting warmly with residents, communicating daily menu options, and responding to special requests with clarity and professionalism. You will also play an integral role in maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety protocols, crucial to a safe dining environment. After meal service, your attention to resetting the dining area contributes to our setting's inviting ambiance.
We highly value a team mindset and a commitment to ongoing learning; hence, while previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally important. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, caring environment where personal development is encouraged through ongoing training. Moreover, our benefits package includes health and wellness coverage for you and your family, paid time off such as vacation and holidays, 401(k) plan with company matching to secure your financial future, and a positive workplace atmosphere designed to help you balance personal and professional life effectively.
Joining our culinary family means becoming part of a team dedicated to more than meal preparation; it means contributing to meaningful moments, building relationships with residents, and helping redefine the culinary experience in senior living. If you are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality combined with genuine care and respect, this role could be the perfect fit. We invite you to apply now and take the first step toward becoming a valued member of our culinary team, committed to living well and loving life alongside our resident community.
