Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a server in a similar environment
- Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- BASSET certification or willingness to obtain it
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years server experience in a similar environment
- Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Highly motivated and excellent people skills
- Great personality
- BASSET certified or able to obtain certification
- ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification
Job Duties
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
