Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively
Able to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
Willingness to submit to criminal background screening
Availability for flexible part-time hours

Job Qualifications

Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required
Friendly and easy to approach to make guests feel welcome
Stay positive, especially when busy, to maintain a happy environment
Patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns
Able to notice and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
