Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Have a current Food Handlers Card where applicable, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
- No previous experience required, paid training provided
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests expectations
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guests questions
- Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
- Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Maintain proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
