Job Requirements

Must be 21 or older
Previous experience as a restaurant server
Ability to memorize menu items and specials
General knowledge of alcoholic beverages
Physical ability to stand and carry trays
Strong communication skills
Courteous and professional demeanors

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server
Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently
