Job Duties

  • Provide prompt and courteous meal service to residents and guests
  • Participate in set-up, service, and breakdown of special functions
  • Greet residents, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals according to accepted methods in a timely manner
  • Continuously refill beverages
  • Relay orders including special accommodations or adjustments to kitchen staff and serve courses
  • Relay any food issues to kitchen and assist with corrections
  • Portion and garnish plates prior to serving and serve pre-made soups and salads
