Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous serving experience preferred but not required
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
Alcohol certification is a plus
Serve Safe certification is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
Friendly and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu with thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
Work as a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
Assist with setting up and breaking down tables as needed
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders
