Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe preferred
- Previous experience serving guests is preferred
- Ability to work well with team members
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of alcohol service including certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service
- Create positive first impressions to build guest loyalty
- Work professionally with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction with a "can-do" attitude
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
