Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu and demonstrating thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
- Create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
