Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
  • Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu and demonstrating thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
  • Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
  • Create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
  • Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
