  • Minimum of one year in hotel or restaurant serving role
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties

  • Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
  • Monitor food distribution ensuring meals are delivered to correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented or buffet is appealing
  • Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
  • Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
  • Total checks, present to guests and accept payment
  • Assist with bussing tables
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
