Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Current adult beverage certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to follow safety and health protocols
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of wine and beverages preferred

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Acknowledge and take guests drink and food orders
- Provide information about menu items and suggest additional sales opportunities
- Process all point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner to create lasting impressions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support bar operations including seating, answering phones, stocking, cleanup, and documentation
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns
- Maintain current adult beverage certification and ensure responsible alcohol service
