Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- ability to read and communicate in English
- skilled in operating Micros point of sale system
- able to accurately handle credit card transactions and cash
- capable of communicating effectively with guests and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of issues
- create a warm and fun atmosphere
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain accurate financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and escalate when necessary
