Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols
- availability to work flexible shifts
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer-focused attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly
- provide friendly and efficient service throughout the dining experience
- make menu recommendations and answer questions
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- handle guest complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- process guest orders and payments accurately
