Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or private club service environment
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service regulations
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and guests
- Ensure timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, out of stock items, and specials
- Perform opening and closing duties diligently
- Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Accurately enter food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale system
- Communicate effectively with team and management about member needs and concerns
- Assist in handling member complaints regarding food quality and service
- Restock supplies and alert management of shortages
- Prepare and tender guests' payments accurately
- Attend all informational meetings
- Serve alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines
- Fill in where needed to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain positive and respectful work environment
- Adhere to all club policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
