Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year fine dining server experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age for alcohol service
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Commitment to the company’s Be FAIR principles

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the dining area
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
